  • A premium blend of seabass and white fish mixed with potato and chopped spring onions and seasoned with ginger and lime

    Cooking suggestion:  Deep fry in hot oil for approx. 5 mins.  To cook in oven – flash fry in oil for 3 minutes then place on a backing tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200 for 10 mins
