Wild Sea bass Fillets
Wild Sea Bass landed in Plymouth on the Mary Jane 2, how about that for traceability! Each fillet has been scaled, trimmed and is ready to cook, as are all items in this section. Cut from prime fish at least three times the size of our farmed whole bass. As good as wild gets and as large as you are likely to see. As so often on our web site, we give a 'minimum' weight per pack. Here for example we say 8oz per fillet. This is actually as pessimistic as we can be as the fillets measure about 10 inches in length and weigh considerably more than stated.
