Sea Bass Fillets

We bring our Bass in direct from Greece on a weekly basis. It's then filleted and frozen down to lock in the freshness. A great tasting white fish fillet.  In the greek cuisine the fish can be prepared in a variety of ways (eg boiled) and is often considered a delicacy.
