Hot Smoked Salmon

Hot smoked salmon was one of our best sellers last Winter/Spring, and it's back to stay this time.  Delicious fillets of salmon honey glazed and kiln roasted to perfection.  These delicious smoked salmon fillets can be eaten straight out of the packet (once defrosted) and work very well as with soured cream on fresh blinis.  Alternatively, made into a healthy and tasty dish with pasta.....the list goes on...
