Sea bream in Britain, Dorade on the continent.  If you ever wondered what that tasty fish was you had on holiday in the Med, think Dorade.  Sourced from the same supplier as our Sea bass and actually quite similar in taste and texture.  As with Bass, our Sea bream is incredibly fresh on arrival.  We also sell this fish filleted in our Fillets & Loins section.
