Prawn Satay Kebabs Serves 4 - 6


  1. Preheat the grill
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the prawns on the skewers and brush with the satay sauce.
    Cover and marinate for about 1 hour.
  4. Cook under a medium grill for approximately 8-10 minutes, basting with any remaining satay sauce and turning the skewers occasionally.
  5. Serve with salad.
