Prawn Satay Kebabs Serves 4 - 6
- 225g (8oz) king prawns, defrosted
- 225g (8oz) tiger prawns, defrosted
- 5 15ml spoon (5 tbsp) satay sauce
- Preheat the grill
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 5 minutes.
- Place the prawns on the skewers and brush with the satay sauce.
Cover and marinate for about 1 hour.
- Cook under a medium grill for approximately 8-10 minutes, basting with any remaining satay sauce and turning the skewers occasionally.
- Serve with salad.
