  • 4 x 85g (fishcakes)
  • MSC Salmon fillet blended with mashed potato, mixed peppers and thai style seasoning.  Coated in breadcrumbs

    Ingredients:  Salmon (Oncorphynchus gorbushcha) (FISH) (38%), mixed peppers (15%), potato flakes (12%), fortified wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Maltodextrin, salt, spices (paprika, turmeric, cayenne chilli), dextrose, coconut milk powder, skimmed milk powder (MILK), yeast extract, red bell pepper powder, garlic powder, malt vinegar powder (BARLEY), onion powder, flavouring, sugar, citric acid, parsley, spice extracts (paprika, capsicium)

    Allergy Advice:  for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in CAPITALS.  Although carefully filleted product may still contain bones

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Oven cook:  pre-heat oven to 220c.  Place on baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20 – 25 mins.
    • Grill:  grill for 8 – 10 minutes at medium to high setting until golden brown, turning occasionally during grilling.
    • Deep fry:  pre-heat oil to 180c and fry for 9 – 10 minutes.  Drain well before serving
