Wild Salmon Fillets

We're so happy to be able to offer this most majestic of fish and in convenient portion sizes. From The River Dee near us in Cheshire. Do not mistake this product with the dreadful (dyed) wild Alaskan salmon you find in supermarkets, we wouldn't dream of selling such a poor product, which isn't actually the same species as our Atlantic salmon. This wild salmon has navigated the Atlantic Ocean and back to spawn and was caught as a prime 'mature' fish. We often hark on about Turbot being 'King of the sea', well Wild Atlantic Salmon like this must surely challenge for first place.
