Turbot

The finest fish in the sea they say.....and what do we say?.....absolutely correct!  Turbot has a good firm texture and delicious flavour.  We tried cooking a whole Turbot on the BBQ and it was sublime, one guest commented it was the best fish they had ever had!  These fish are quite large, perfect for a dinner party for 3 to 5 people.  Just make sure you choose your favourite friends!
