Wild Brown Trout Fillets

Caught in Loch Naigh, Ireland under very strict fishing quotas. Loch Naigh is the largest Loch in Ireland and is favoured by tourists the World over. Along with superb shellfish, the Loch is famous for its Brown Trout. The season is short so supply is limited. These fillets come from small fish, we tend to keep the larger ones as whole fish, available in our Whole Fish section.
