Squid

Tentacles and all! On a trip to Rick Stein's Delicatessen in Padstow, I sampled his Salt and Pepper Stir-Fried Squid and declared it my favourite dish. I have said this a number of times however! We also sell Squid Tubes in our Whole Fish section, which are without all the gory bits. We personally like to buy squid whole like this as the tentacles are as good as the tube. You can eat it all apart from the head, which is easily removed with two chops of your knife.
