Squid Tubes

Squid tubes are most commonly associated with Calamari or Squid Rings.  Prepared this way on the continent and favoured by the Portuguese and Spanish.  An alternative is to cut the flesh into 1 inch squares and score in a cross hatch way with a sharp knife, stir fried with chilli, salt and pepper and served with an toasted sesame oil, oyster and soy sauce dressing.
