These delicious off-cuts of Smoked Salmon are perfect for making 'Smoked Salmon Kedgeree'. The flavour is just as good as our other Smoked Salmon products but cheaper per kilo as it's not in perfect slices. We have recently changed to a superior supplier of this product and each pack weighs about 25 grams more so we have upped the price by 21 pence accordingly.
