We buy in premium fillets of Chicken from Southowram in Halifax and send them to the smokehouse ourselves. This enables us to check the quality of the fillets before the smoking process begins. Served chilled or at room temperature with slices of ripe avocado and a drizzle of the finest extra virgin olive oil; your lunchtime snack could become THE meal of the day!
