Shark Steaks
These large steaks from Porbeagle Shark are delicious cooked in a griddle pan or under the grill. We like to dice the meat and put it on a skewer with bay leaf, marinated with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. The trick is not to over cook as shark has a tendency to dry out.
