Red Snapper
We were simply chuffed to bits to see the quality of this batch of snapper, slightly different to the photo as it's yellow tail Red Snapper this time. You may think "BLIMEY" £19.45 is a lot of money for two fish, but we actually only make a small profit on this item as we choose to offer mature fish as fresh as a daisy, which comes at a premium of course. Each Snapper is conveniently scaled and gutted and we even remove all the sharp defensive spikes.
