Red Mullet Fillets
Found in many parts of the World, though dependant on location can be quite different in looks and flavour. Mullet from the Indian Ocean comes into New Smithfield Market at half the price of native and, in our opinion is inferior in taste. We only source our Red Mullet landed in Cornwall, as they are the best. They come at a price but are well worth it. Also available whole in our Whole Fish Section.
