WOW! We have finally found the Queen Scallops we were looking for. After scouring the land (and Loch) to find the best Dry-Cut King and Queen Scallops we could, we have finally got our hands on these beauties. Named 'Dry-Cut' because they are not 'Soaked' in water to make them look bigger and subsequently turn to water when cooked. These are all meat and so, so fresh.
