Potted Shrimp & Smoked Salmon Terrine

From Furness Fish near Morecambe Bay, this terrine is simply delicious.  Perfect spread over toasted crusty bread.  Furness Fish are friends of Fish Fanatics and we love all their products, including our range of potted shrimps, which they sell to Selfridges and Harrods among many other high quality retail outlets.  We tasted this terrine at a food festival and simply had to add it to our web site.  They use only locally caught brown shrimps, blended with the finest Scottish smoked salmon, giving a light creamy taste.
