Oven-ready Pheasant
Delicious Wild (boned) Pheasants, wrapped with streaky bacon and stuffed with cranberry & orange. On our most recent photo shoot our cherished photographer Trevor wouldn't let this item out of his sight, insisting I cooked it for him with a port and redcurrant reduction, so I did! I'm delighted to say Trevor allowed me a morsel and it was absolutely scrumptious! Each bird serves one healthily and makes for a terrific meal.
