Our shetland Sea Trout provides you with great source of Omega 3's which, coupled with it's delicate flavours, makes it a great product to feed the family. The whole process is certified by the Organic Food Federation which prohibits the use of chemicals and antifoulants on nets. The fish are fed on a diet derived from sustainable sources and the production cycle follows the exact pattern of their wild cousins.
