Organic Salmon Fillets

Organic salmon is fast becoming a best seller.  We buy direct from source in the Shetland isles where it's reared in sea pens.  The feed is natural and organic, meaning the fish grow slowly and naturally.  A pair of fillets are vacuum packed once de-scaled, pin-boned and portioned.
