Green Lip Mussels

From the Clear waters of New Zealand.  These giant half-shell Mussels have a hint of emerald green on the outer of the shell.  Three or four would sink the finest ship so this 1kg box will go a long way.  They are individually quick frozen so you don't have to defrost them all at the same time.
