Marlin Loins
Marlin is a large game fish, a cousin and similar in size and appearance to swordfish. These loins are cut from Atlantic Blue Marlin. Barbequed and served with Jamaican salsa and an ice cold bottle of Red Stripe beer makes a delicious meal. Closely resembles the taste and texture of Tuna but a little meatier.
