Superb John Dory fillets cut from the very best fish available. Also known as St. Peter's fish because each side has a special 'thumb print' of St. Peter on it's skin. These fish are landed off Cornish day boats on a regular basis and are great sellers. We leave the skin on as it's quite a flat fish.
