John Dory Fillets
Superb large John Dory fillets cut from the very best and largest fish available. Also known as St. Peter's fish because each side had a special 'thumb print' of St. Peter on it's skin. We so rarely see good sized John Dory as most fish landed are not mature enough and in our eyes too young to be caught. These exceptional fillets are available while stocks last as we can't always guarantee a good regular supply.
