Haddock Fillets
A favourite in most of the fish and chip shops across the North West as cod is becoming....sorry, has become too expensive due to it's scarcity in the Atlantic. Each piece is prepared from catch on-board and quick frozen straight away. You really will notice the freshness in our haddock in comparison to say, a supermarket equivalent. We put 175g (6oz) as the minimum weight and this really is the case. In fact we buy 8-10oz fillets 90% of the time and each fillet could well feed two people, unless that person is Dan, our founder, who could polish off a fillet with ease!
