What is Gravadlax?  Gravadlax is moist cured Salmon marinated with dill, white pepper, rock salt and caster sugar.  The finest quality Scottish Salmon is used to produce this traditionally Scandinavian delicacy.  Each packet comes with a sachet of Dill Mustard Sauce.  Delicious served with crusty brown bread and butter.
