Go to any good restaurant and the chances are they will have farmed Sea bass from Greece on the menu. This fine fish is brought into Britain in substantial quantities and quality is always very high. Rather than frozen at sea, we have opted to buy super fresh, freeze down and vacuum pack ourselves as they are so good. Also available filleted in our Fillets & Loins section.
