Smoked Haddock Yorkshire Puddings Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 3 150g (5oz) dyed smoked haddock fillets, defrosted, skinned and cubed
- 1 16g packet cheese sauce mix
- 300ml (10 fl oz) milk
- 85g (3oz) peas
- 12 ready-baked Yorkshire puddings, defrosted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6
- Prepare the cheese sauce by adding the milk and following packet instructions.
- Add the fish and peas and pour into the Yorkshire puddings.
- Bake for 4-6 minutes.
- Serve as a snack with salad or as party food.
