Savoury Prawn Croissant Serves 4
- 170g (6oz) cooked peeled prawns, defrosted
- 125g (4 and a half oz) cottage cheese
- 1 small avocado, peeled and diced
- salt and freshly milled black pepper
- 4 croissants
- Gently mix together the prawns, cheese and avocado and season.
- Cut the croissants in half and divide the prawn mixture between them.
- Serve with a side salad or on its own as a snack.
