Mackerel with Teriyaki Sauce Serves 4

  • Ingredients:

  • 455g (1lb) mackerel fillets, defrosted
  • 1 150g jar Teriyaki sauce
  • 2.5cm (1) piece root ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

  1. Preheat the grill
  2. Lay the fillets on the grill pan.  Mix the Teriyaki sauce with the ginger and garlic and spread over the fillets.
  3. Cook the fillets under a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes.  Serve with noodles and stir-fried vegetables.
