Garlic and Herb Cheesy Plaice Serves 1
- 1 170g (6oz) plaice or lemon sole fillets, defrosted and skinned
- 30g (1oz) soft goat’s cheese with garlic and herbs
- 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Preheat the grill
- Place the fillet on a piece of foil or in a suitable dish.. Spread the cheese on the fish and add the tomatoes.
- Cook under a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of salad.
